We had a great value for our money at this lovely cottage. The room was spotlessly clean, well designed, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, with amazing views, a beautiful garden, and a charming tea room next door. The staff, especially David, were friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect.
Menu for breakfast could have been more diverse.

Spotlessly clean and well designed. Cosy and warm with excellent shower. Thoroughly recommend this wee place for a winter break. Amazing in the summer with the lovely garden and tea room next door. Great kitchen and outdoor space. Free and easy parking. Day cafe in the grounds. Bathrooms large and well equipped. Bedroom great for 2 couples. Wonderful villages and sights nearby. Walked to the old man of wilmington. Proximity to A27 made it easy to find and drive to, while being just a stone's throw from the South Downs and its walks and villages. Large, sunny kitchen with eating area and luxurious bathrooms with roll-top baths.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The cottage was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a big kitchen and a modern bathroom. It was the perfect accommodation for our weekend stay. the gardens were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of outside seating for us to enjoy. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful owner, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
The property is located near a busy road, which did cause some traffic noise. it didn't bother us too much and it actually made the property easily accessible.

Food for breakfast could have been better, as the water for tea and coffee was not very hot.
